FAQ
What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a forward‑focused, action‑oriented partnership designed to help you get clarity, build momentum, and create real change. I don't diagnose or treat — I guide, support, and challenge you so you can move faster and with more confidence.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on who you're becoming next.
What kinds of challenges do you help with?
Most people come to me because they're overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for a change.
How long does coaching take to work?
Many clients feel a shift in the first session. Sustainable change typically builds over 6–12 weeks. The goal is not dependency — it's empowerment.
What if I don't know what I need?
Perfect. Most people don't. Your only job is to show up — I'll help you sort the rest out.
What are your hours of operation?
I take calls from 10-10 EST. If you're on a retainer, extended hours are available.
Should I stop working with my therapist if I work with you?
No. Please continue to work with your therapist and take all prescribed medication.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Insurance does not cover Life Coaching.
Will I be charged for a cancelled or missed appointment?
If you contact me 2 hours prior of appointment time, you will not be charged.
What if I need you in between appointments?
Please text to see if I am available. More than likely we should be able to jump on a quick 5- or 10-minute call. If the call runs longer than 15 minutes, you will be billed. Otherwise, there is no charge.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Only if you would like to. While I offer several packages, you can always pay as you go.
