Coach On Call is built for small to mid‑size companies that want to offer real, human support without the red tape. It can operate as a stand‑alone coaching benefit or work seamlessly alongside traditional Employee Assistance Programs. Employees and their family members get immediate access to a trusted professional when they need personal support, stress relief, or clear life direction in real time.
Company Coaching Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Coach Vance ("Coach") and [Company Name] ("Company") for the provision of coaching and support services to Company employees and their immediate family members.
1. Program Term & Pricing
The Company agrees to purchase a 3‑month coaching program at a total cost of $3,000.00. A non‑refundable payment of $1,500.00 is required prior to the start of the program. The remaining $1,500.00 balance is due on Day 45 of the program term.
2. Monthly Coaching Units
The Coach will provide 10 hours (units) of coaching services per month. Units may be delivered in 15‑minute, 30‑minute, or 60‑minute sessions, depending on the needs of the employee or family member.
3. Scheduling & Access
Sessions may be scheduled in advance, or employees may reach out in real time for support. Priority will always be given to scheduled appointments. The Coach is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST.
4. Cancellation Policy
If the Company wishes to cancel the program, written notice must be provided to the Coach no later than Day 40 of the program term. If notice is not provided by Day 40, the Company remains responsible for the full program fee.
5. Reporting & Confidentiality
At the end of each week, the Coach will provide the Company with a summary of how many units were used, including the names of individuals served and the amount of time spent with each. The Coach will not disclose the content of any coaching conversations. All personal discussions remain confidential unless required by law or safety concerns.
6. Nature of Services
Coaching is a forward‑focused, supportive process designed to help individuals gain clarity, reduce stress, and improve personal and professional functioning. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and the Coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
7. Company Responsibilities
The Company agrees to inform employees and eligible family members of the availability of coaching services and to encourage appropriate use of the program. The Company also agrees to ensure timely payment according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
8. Coach Responsibilities
The Coach will provide professional, ethical, and timely coaching services throughout the duration of the Agreement. The Coach will track usage accurately and communicate weekly utilization summaries to the Company.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms listed above. All payments made prior to termination are non‑refundable.
